01 / Website useAccurate, lawful use
You may browse the site, view the showreel and submit genuine project enquiries. You must not probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person or use website material unlawfully.
Concept portfolio material demonstrates SPP’s intended visual language and is labelled as such. It must not be read as an invented client endorsement, transaction history or claim that SPP produced media for a particular property owner.
02 / Proposals and projectsThe signed agreement controls
A website enquiry does not create a contract or reserve dates. Scope, deliverables, schedule, travel, permissions, review rounds, price, taxes, cancellation terms, usage licence and governing law are confirmed in a written proposal or client agreement. Production begins only after the required approvals and written commencement confirmation.
03 / Commercial termsAgreed privately and clearly
The website currently provides information and project enquiries only. Prices, invoicing arrangements, cancellation terms and any non-recoverable production costs are confirmed directly with the client in writing before a commission begins.
04 / Property accuracy and AICreative direction without deception
Clients must identify material property facts, restrictions and required disclosures. SPP will not knowingly use editing or AI-assisted production to misrepresent a real property’s condition, permanent features, dimensions or view. Concept imagery or visualisation will be identified where necessary to avoid confusion.
Drone, location, music, talent, third-party asset and platform permissions are allocated in the signed proposal. Work may be delayed where safety, access, weather, airspace or legal restrictions prevent production.
05 / Intellectual propertyRights defined per commission
SPP retains ownership of its website, branding, production methods, proposals, templates and pre-existing materials. The client receives the usage rights expressly stated in the signed agreement after the agreed conditions are met. Third-party music, fonts, stock, locations or talent may carry separate restrictions.
No public portfolio use of confidential client material will occur where the signed agreement prohibits it.
06 / Availability and responsibilityProportionate and lawful limits
SPP aims to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every external provider will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, website information is general and not a substitute for the signed project agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections. Project-specific limits, insurance requirements and remedies belong in the signed client agreement.
07 / Governing law and contactFinalised before trading
The public website does not yet designate the governing law for client commissions. The signed proposal will state the applicable entity, address, law and dispute forum, taking account of mandatory rules that protect the client.
