Only what the journey needs

When you send a project enquiry, SPP may receive your name, business email, property location, service interest, preferred timing, client type and the project description you choose to provide. Do not include access codes, identity documents, banking information or other sensitive information.

For security and reliability, the hosting service may process limited technical information such as request time, IP address, device or browser details and error information. SPP’s public pages do not currently use advertising pixels or behavioural analytics.

Defined business purposes

Information is used to assess and respond to enquiries, prepare and perform an agreed production, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain the security of the website, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

SPP will not sell personal information. Marketing messages will require a lawful basis and a clear way to unsubscribe.

Limited, purpose-bound access

Information may be handled by website hosting, business email and professional advisers only to the extent needed for their service.

SPP may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or to investigate suspected fraud or security incidents.

Kept no longer than necessary

Unsuccessful enquiries are intended to be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for follow-up. Project and contract records may be retained for the applicable legal, limitation and dispute periods. Security logs are kept for a proportionate period and access is restricted.

Access, correction and control

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, object to certain uses or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Some information must still be retained when law or a live contract requires it.

No advertising profile

The current SPP experience does not deploy advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics or optional cookies are introduced later, the consent experience and this policy will be updated first.
