A typical single-property campaign is planned around a concise production window. Your exact timeline is confirmed before filming and depends on scope and travel.
Yes. We can work within existing visual guidelines or develop a distinct campaign treatment that still feels unmistakably yours.
You receive a clear, tailored proposal before booking. It sets out the selected deliverables, production scope, travel requirements and schedule so there are no surprise production charges.
AI may support storyboarding, pre-visualisation, clean-up, motion design and clearly labelled concept sequences. Human creative direction remains central, and SPP does not use AI to misrepresent the condition or features of a real property.
Every commission begins with a written proposal covering the agreed scope, schedule, responsibilities and cancellation terms before production is confirmed.
